Sharol Xiao - 小小
Sharol Xiao (b. 1994) 從事自畫像攝影、表演、繪畫、寫作。
出生於台中，現居台北，熱衷於BDSM與Kinky文化。曾經歷殯葬業、動物重症醫院護理等工作，2017拿起相機是為了消化工作中遇上、釋放超過負荷的情緒感受。她接近直覺式的創作被喻為直視自拍（straight selfies），她的作品展示了她對人性感性思維的真實直視與她對生命的深刻理解和敏銳觀察力、探索人和宇宙、社會的關係，強調和諧的重要與美好。
2020年起她開始創作錄像作品。至今發行三本攝影集，與數本小誌，曾於曼谷、東京、紐約、京都攝影節ＫＧ＋、台北舉行個展。

Sharol Xiao - 小小
Sharol Xiao (b. 1994) engages in self-portrait photography, performance, painting, and writing. Born in Taichung and now living in Taipei, she is passionate about BDSM and kinky culture. She has worked in the funeral industry and in critical animal hospital care. She picked up a camera in 2017 to digest and release the overloaded emotions she encountered at work. Her near-intuitive creations have been described as straight selfies, which demonstrate her true direct view of human sexual thinking and her deep understanding and keen observation of life, exploring the relationship between man, the universe, and society. Emphasize the importance and beauty of harmony.
She began to create video works in 2020. So far, he has published three photography books and several zines, and has held solo exhibitions in Bangkok, Tokyo, New York, Kyoto Photography Festival KG+, and Taipei.
"Living is not only about breathing, but also about loving the world with all your strength and sincerity," she said.
